From the very earliest stages of new-home or remodel construction, we begin consulting with the client and build-team to ensure the vision and scope of the project starts off on the right foot. Tailored for each client, these packages can include :
- Exterior and architectural consultation and finish material selection (including landscape and hardscape concepts)
- Interior space planning, molding and millwork details
- Electrical and plumbing layouts and specifications, finish package for entire home including paint colors, flooring, wall coverings, bathroom fittings and more.
- Cabinet renderings, layouts and hardware details
- Fireplace specification, and other specialty details
full-service: furnishings
For those who are starting with a blank slate or a room in need of a face-lift, we tailor furnishings packages for individual spaces and can specify both cosmetic updates and products to be purchased down to the finishing touches. Package isn't limited but can include :
- Cosmetic updates such as paint colors, millwork and lighting additions, new flooring/carpet and reconfiguring space plan
- Furnishings package including case goods, upholstery, draperies, rugs, art, accessories and lighting.
